Hickling
Corporation, a Canadian private sector consulting firm specializing in education
and human resource development, and the Canadian Higher Education Group (CHEG)
have an on-going need for qualified education consultants for our international
education projects. CHEG provides a range of consulting services to international
clients such as the World Bank, regional development banks, the Canadian Government
and national governments at the basic, secondary, vocational and tertiary education
levels.
We are seeking highly qualified and experienced individuals with professional
and consulting backgrounds in the following areas:
- education reform
- strategic planning and policy development;
- education management, capacity building and institution strengthening;
- education finance and investment;
- decentralization of education systems;
- curriculum design;
- Education Management Information Systems (EMIS);
- monitoring and evaluation; and
- materials development.
Consultants must have a minimum of five years experience in international
education assignments. Consultants with doctorates are preferred.
